L'Autore

Thomas Paine (1737-1809) was an author, intellectual, revolutionary, and one of the founding fathers of the United States. He immigrated to America from England to help fight in the American Revolution. He wrote many pamphlets condemning Christianity and advocating revolution and human rights. He died in New York City at the age of seventy-two.
